This workshop is ideal for those seeking to bring about a change within themselves and or for those who seek answers for some experiences that they have but feel they are not responsible. This workshop encourages participants to delve deep within and discover themselves with a lot of self compassion . The sessions include inputs, discussions, introspection, compassion based self confrontation , guided imageries and a lot more. The workshop offers a safe space for participants to be their authentic self and facilitates their journey of transformation. This course may be conducted offline or online. The session will require 5 days, each day 4-5 hours. Hence, it may be conducted over 3 or 4 weekends.
