This workshop has less theory and more practical knowledge. Hence, it is essential that the number of participants are 4 or more. In this workshop, participants are introduced to the skill of feeling/ sensing the energy field and encouraged to practice on each other and give feedback. Then they are introduced to the chakras or the energy centers, their functions and taught how to treat them through different methods. The workshop also advocates connecting to inner self, to one's breathing while in practice. At the end of the 2 days, the participants would have learned to sense the aura, the Chakras and treat them for some specific challenges. This class is best conducted offline. AN INTRODUCTORY COURSE ON COUNSELING

FUNDAMENTALS OF COUNSELING

This course is ideal for counselors, school teachers and any other person functioning in the capacity of a school counselor. This course guides participants to identify the various special needs , the interventions necessary and the interventions to be offered at school level. The course gives a bird's eye view of the disability act . It also guides the participants to handle the different behaviour challenges of children that are present in school. How to address parents and teachers on different issues and team with them to provide effective intervention. How to provide sex education to children. How to address relationship issues in middle and high school. This course ideally needs 4 full days . However, the same may be offered on 8 weekends, as half day classes.

As per GOI, it is mandatory for any organization with 10 or more employees to be POSH compliant and one of the factors in compliance is conducting Sensitization sessions on Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace for employees. As a certified POSH Trainer, I offer these sessions to organizations customizing it to their need. In general, the session will elaborate on the definition of sexual harassment as per the Act , the process to follow in the organization, in case a complaint is filed and how these social offences may be prevented. The session is interactive and activity based. I offer the session online/ offline for organisations as per their need as well as conduct the session as a webinar for those interested to equp themselves on this subject.

AWARENESS SESSION ON PREVENTION OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT AT WORKPLACE

This workshop is ideal for those seeking to bring about a change within themselves and or for those who seek answers for some experiences that they have but feel they are not responsible. This workshop encourages participants to delve deep within and discover themselves with a lot of self compassion . The sessions include inputs, discussions, introspection, compassion based self confrontation , guided imageries and a lot more. The workshop offers a safe space for participants to be their authentic self and facilitates their journey of transformation. This course may be conducted offline or online. The session will require 5 days, each day 4-5 hours. Hence, it may be conducted over 3 or 4 weekends.
