While mindfulness is usually associated with meditation, in this workshop, participants will learn to practice mindfulness by paying attention to the different sensory inputs. The participants will be helped to differentiate between mindfulness and focusing. The workshop will lead them through the following - mindfulness and meditation ; how to apply mindfulness in relationships. How to apply mindfulness and increase productivity at work. The session will be experiential with scope for discussions and reflections. The course will be conducted over 4 weekends ( 4 classes, each class for 3 hours).
