This workshop has less theory and more practical knowledge. Hence, it is essential that the number of participants are 4 or more. In this workshop, participants are introduced to the skill of feeling/ sensing the energy field and encouraged to practice on each other and give feedback. Then they are introduced to the chakras or the energy centers, their functions and taught how to treat them through different methods. The workshop also advocates connecting to inner self, to one's breathing while in practice. At the end of the 2 days, the participants would have learned to sense the aura, the Chakras and treat them for some specific challenges. This class is best conducted offline. It may be conducted as 2 full days or 4 half days.
